The Drum Pad and Lifestyle displays were created in an effort to merchandise a wide variety of products to stand out at retail. Both received rave reviews from Zildjian, and can be found in stores both domestically and internationally.

Sketching:
We use sketching as a way to explore multiple design options quickly and efficiently to help identify ideas that work, and just as importantly, those that don't. With our client's objectives in mind, our sketches are used as an important communication tool before we move onto the modeling and rendering stages of the design process.
This project was unique in that we developed concepts for the Lifestyle and Drum Pad displays on parallel timelines.
Rendering:
The feedback received from the initial sketches allowed our creative team to develop renderings that represent a more polished pre-production visual of their display. Here are some of the key renderings that drove the concepts forward into the prototyping phase.
Drum Pad Display Rendering Development:
A major focus of this unit was to develop a testing area to allow customers to interact with Zildjian's quality product; increasing brand awareness.
Lifestyle Display Rendering Development:
This unit was designed to provide high visibility to non-musical Zildjian-branded products such as t-shirts, tumblers, stickers, etc.
Engineering:
Once concepts were clearly defined and fleshed out by our creative team, our talented engineering team worked their magic. Product dimensions and customer interaction drove the final dimensions and features of the units.
Prototypes:
Utilizing our in-house prototyping and overseas teams, we produced numerous prototypes for both display programs. We work hard to ensure the delivery of quality products; on time, and on budget. Properly executing this phase of a project determines the success of the final unit. After three rounds of prototypes for each display, we landed on final designs that the customer was thrilled with.
