You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for an interesting prospect
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtaining business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
  • Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop an account intelligence

Skills:

  • 3 years of sales experience required 
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn, Tableau, OpsCon, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
